The xCircle is an high intensive interval training (HIIT) in a circuit style. The 30-minute workout begins with a functional/dynamic warm-up, after which the xCircle is explained and completed by an experienced coach. The circuit consists of various stations with functional exercises. One half of the stations focuses more on the strength component and the other half on the endurance component. The alternating execution of the stations creates an optimal balance between strength and endurance.
By simply scaling the training, we are able to cater to every fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, we will get you fit and help you achieve your best form.
The xCircle workouts have a different training focus in each workout. Lower body, core, upper body and full body workouts alternate accordingly so that you can work specifically on the individual parts of your body.Â
