xCircle

Train better - Be More

The xCircle is an high intensive interval training (HIIT) in a circuit style. The 30-minute workout begins with a functional/dynamic warm-up, after which the xCircle is explained and completed by an experienced coach. The circuit consists of various stations with functional exercises. One half of the stations focuses more on the strength component and the other half on the endurance component. The alternating execution of the stations creates an optimal balance between strength and endurance.

By simply scaling the training, we are able to cater to every fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, we will get you fit and help you achieve your best form.

The xCircle workouts have a different training focus in each workout. Lower body, core, upper body and full body workouts alternate accordingly so that you can work specifically on the individual parts of your body. 

xStrong

Each xStrong workout has a different training focus, alternating between Lower Body, Core, Upper Body, and Full Body sessions, allowing you to target specific areas of your body effectively.

XPerformance

Challenge yourself

Strength, Endurance, Athleticism, and Power are the key elements that define xPerformance. In this 35-minute format, the goal is to grow as an athlete and reach the maximum of your performance potential.

The diverse workouts are based on the concept of Metabolic Conditioning (Metcon), aiming to improve the five motor skills of athletic performance (Agility / Speed / Strength / Endurance / Coordination).

Each xPerformance workout has a specific training focus (Athleticism, Movement, Strength, Technique, Coordination, Speed, etc.) and always targets a full-body workout.

To prevent injuries, our coaches ensure that all exercises are performed with proper technique.

xYoga

Fitness for Body & Mind

xYoga is a modern, holistic yoga workout and the perfect balance to our functional training formats. The dynamic, powerful flows are a valuable addition to your training routine. Flowing movements are combined with deep stretches and calm breaths. xYoga enhances your mental and physical strength as well as your flexibility.

The core goals of xYoga are as follows:

  • Being flexible and stretchable has a significant impact on effective exercise execution. Equally important is a good sense of balance, which benefits you in all x30® fitness formats. With xYoga, you consciously work on your mobility and balance.
  • Recovery is an essential part of any sport. xYoga helps you recover faster and also serves as injury prevention.
  • Endurance and balance are qualities to strive for. Additionally, a positive mindset and body awareness contribute to healthy self-confidence. The better your mental strength, the better your performance.

xworkout

Rock the nature

xworkOUT is a seasonal outdoor training format.

True to the motto "Rock the Nature," these workouts will give your strength and endurance a boost through various training sessions. The WorkOUTs are designed to be versatile, offering everything from a stationary bootcamp and the well-known xCircle to a Circle Run, providing a range of training options.

With xworkOUT, your entire body is trained using only your body weight. Each session starts in front of the studio, and our coaches will create cool and exciting workouts for you.
